How do I find the hotel? Is it allowed to drive on the bus lane?
Enter Södergatan 1, Eslöv into your GPS. It is a bus lane, but you are allowed to drive on it to reach our loading area. There is a taxi bay opposite Fastighetsbyrån, below restaurant Blanca. You can stay there for 5-10 minutes to unload your luggage, check in, and receive parking instructions.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer two different parking options.

Either a free outdoor parking area about 200 meters from the hotel or a garage located directly under the hotel, which costs 150 SEK per night.

Do you have electric car charging?

Yes, we offer electric car charging in our garage!
Unfortunately, charging spots cannot be reserved in advance, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is made directly at the charging station.

Please note that you need to bring your own charging cable.

To allow as many guests as possible to charge their cars, we kindly ask you to move your vehicle once charging is complete. Thank you for helping to keep the charging stations accessible for everyone! 🚗⚡😊

Do you have WiFi?
We offer free WiFi for all hotel guests!

Do you have a restaurant?
No, but there are several restaurants we can recommend in town. Click here to see the list of restaurants.

Do you have a spa?
No, unfortunately, we no longer have a spa. However, there used to be one at the hotel a long time ago.

Can I check in early?
If we are able to have the room ready, you can purchase early check-in for 250 SEK.

I am vegan/vegetarian/gluten intolerant/lactose intolerant/allergic to milk protein. Is there something I can eat at breakfast?
We have something for everyone! There are always milk-free alternatives for milk, butter, and cheese, and we always have gluten-free bread available.
If you have any specific requests, feel free to contact us in advance, and we will see what we can do!

Do you have irons in the rooms?
We have irons in our Longstay/Executive Family Rooms but not in the other rooms. However, we have extras, and the reception can provide one if needed!

Are there bathtubs in the rooms?
A few rooms have bathtubs. These are our 4 single rooms, 2 of our junior suites, and 2 of our Longstay/Executive Family Rooms.

What is the difference between Cityview and Courtyard view?
If you book Cityview, you will have a view of the square, Köpmansgatan, or Södergatan. Courtyard view rooms overlook our glass-enclosed Atrium, where breakfast is served in the morning. Due to fire safety regulations, these rooms do not have windows that can be opened.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel?
Yes, dogs are welcome! However, it must be pre-booked and costs 250 SEK per stay.

Is it possible to get a non-smoking room?
Of course! All rooms and the entire hotel are non-smoking.

Can you invoice?
To have your stay invoiced, you need to stay at least 10 times per year.

Do you accept cash?
No, we do not.

Where is the famous staircase at Hotel Stensson?
When the municipality began planning to renovate the square outside the hotel in Eslöv, the question arose about what to do with the staircase. The staircase was owned by the hotel's property owner, but an agreement with the municipality stated that the municipality would handle maintenance. In 2013, the staircase required maintenance, which would have cost the municipality at least 4.5 million SEK. A vote was held, and the decision was made to demolish the staircase. Demolition began on September 26, 2017, and between 2020-2021, the entire square was renovated.
